Cherry Hills Village, a municipality in the Denver area, desired a comprehensive solution to their video streaming needs. In addition to the Open.Media software-as-a-service, Open Media also purchased and installed a multi-camera switching solution that can be remotely operated by Open Media staff. This low-cost technology and service allow Cherry Hills Village staff to focus on their immediate tasks related to the meetings.

When COVID-19 arrived, Cherry Hills Village easily transitioned to Zoom to conduct their public meetings, with the intention to resume in-person or hybrid meetings once the pandemic subsides.
